Foreigners Have A Buying Eye On America

China's unprecedented growth spurt looks as if it has finally plateaued. 2015 growth was the lowest in 25 years. Now that the speeding balloon to prosperity is losing steam and some of the deficiencies in it's monetary policies are magnified and being reviewed for corrective measures most remedies are aimed directly at the security of American markets.

A Detroit native bought 6000 properties from the city. Critics see no way of him profiting from the deal, he acknowledges the big challenge with a bigger smile, delighted that he has a opportunity to change some things that need changing, "Some American Stuff ".

Rapid technology changes severely damage the labor-market. The World Forum estimated that technology will eliminate 7 million jobs by 2020; tech, professional services and media will gain 2 million workers (the public isn't fast to acquire new skills during a industry shift so I expect a lag). A altruistic effort will be necessary to powerfully push the engines of progressive stability and change.

Some of China's policy's have been regressive to long-term growth, and they may suffer deep into the future. The Chinese have focused on foreign lands instead of domestic planning and production for their latest economical troubles.

Foreigners only concern is placing money in a safe place.....this trend will continue as long as global markets struggle....China's government actively urges it's citizens to buy businesses and land in foreign countries. Now let's return to the Detroit developer that bought 6000 homes in dilapidated Detroit. He understands the arduous nature of the investment and embraces the challenge anyway, contributing his blood, sweat and tears for the welfare of his neighbors. This isn't a diatribe blasting central planners for loose regulations regarding foreign direct investment, but we have to be aware of what current global conditions could influence America, because the may

Does a foreigner feel an obligation to contribute anything.........let me ask the more defining question, would a foreigner feel deeply enough for the American citizens to knowingly make a  questionable investment for the welfare of the constituents? no is the answer.

The push that's needed will come from the private-sector. The changes that will stabilize the position of our most vulnerable citizens will manifest from the dedications and innovations of American's. If Americans don't control the arteries that expel waste, the waste may become permanent. Meet Herb Strather......"The American Stuff."
