   Stocks are very liquid, the cost of entry could be lower than most real-estate investments and  you could invest to receive dividends. Many Americans used stocks to climb the financial latter. The Commerce Department revealed that corporations earned a after-tax profit of 1.5 trillion in 2013, that's 10% of the G.D.P, topping the very recent record of 9.7% posted in 2012. On the other end of the spectrum or "food-chain" the Bureau of Economic Analysis stated that employee wages climbed to an awesomely low, unbelievable 0.4%, the lowest employee compensation in 65 years. I'm not suggesting you pump money into every stock that has winning potential, the materiel posted are measurements not mandatory. I can't comfortably recommend any stocks or other investment vehicles without acknowledging the requisite prudence that should be administered to ensure a knowledgeable investment.



Real Estate investing has been a tricky situation lately, buying homes at today's prices seems like preparing for the super bowl by working on hoop skills. You may accuse me of exaggerating, but the method in which the market went from super cheap properties abound to extraordinarily tight inventories in all the desirable cities is crazy. Economy easing stimulus packages is complicit or the main factor for the unnatural quick fix. Now that easing has ended, markets may resettle into of a more investor friendly environment. 


I'm thinking markets may start to charge-up for the decade's end push so some opportunities will be there. The recent economic drop isn't significant enough to represent the changes that i'm anticipating.  I'm looking for markets to finish restructuring and then finally resettle. During  the restructuring and resettling  period their's going to be some profitable opportunities for our cash network.

Beazer Homes USA Inc. (BZH)  Beazer is a very flexible real-estate company. Beazer designs and builds single family homes for entry level and move-up minded families, multi family homes, and people who are in a retirement phase of life. Daily quota's are not easily transferable as Equity Residential but as of 1/27/16 stocks were selling at $9.15. Under the harshness of today's economy the stock may keep tumbling.

KB Homes (KBH)  Constructs and sells detached and attached single-family homes, townhomes,  and condominiums. KB dominates market cap, subsequently if you feel comfortable with their accounting procedures and business method of operation then it may make sense. KB offers valuable associated elements of real estate that could probably be attributed to it's huge market cap such as mortgage banking services and insurance. KB's stock news is not easily transferable you could always get updated numbers and news from sites like google finance and their  company website which the link guides you to.
